Our sole purpose, without discrimination, is to serve local needy families, the elderly, handicapped and homeless persons living in zip codes 76103, 76112, and 76120.
Clients must meet certain financial parameters to be served by ESM. Those who qualify are provided with food, clothing, and referralsto other agencies when needed.
